When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of:

• Unavailability of menu items or ingredients.
• Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
• Delivery outside our service area.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

We deliver to selected areas in and around Limassol. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to demand, weather, or traffic. Please ensure your delivery details and contact number are correct, as we cannot be responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information or unavailability at the delivery address.

Our meals are prepared fresh in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, and fish. While we take care to provide accurate ingredient information, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.

For your safety, please refrigerate meals promptly and consume them within the recommended time stated on packaging.

As our meals are freshly prepared and perishable, cancellations or changes can only be accepted up to the cut-off time stated at checkout. Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend an order.
